Application Migration

Intercept recommends to start with a Cloud Design when looking at Azure migrations. After the cloud design has been finalized, Intercept will create a project plan that will accommodate the migration process. Depending on the chosen architecture and the design, multiple migration scenarios could be applicable. In case of a rehosting project, the migration consists of an Azure Migrate configuration and Azure Site Recovery to test and migrate the solution to Azure. ASR (or another suitable replication provider) will be configured in the current environment, Intercept will start the synchronization, determine a test plan and after testing and sign off by the customer. The phasing and prioritization is set up in careful collaboration with all the stakeholders. Our project managers will have a feedback cycle in ritme with the duration of the project. They are measured on time, material and customer satisfaction. The offer is based per application.
